This section contains the public deliverables of the project.
D5.1 - Dissemination and communication plan and Ambassador programme methodology
The plan sets out a strategy to maximise the impact of the project, to increase its visibility, and to ensure that project outputs reach a wide audience of relevant stakeholders. It outlines the target groups and their segments, presents key messages, tools and channels used, as well as the ambassador programme methodology. It also contains the plans for the hackathon and the final conference.

Periodical documentation of the outcomes and performance of the dissemination and communication activities. It includes the reporting of international cooperation and activity of the ambassadors. Results are measured against the KPIs defined in D5.1.

D5.5 - Exploitation and sustainability plan
It outlines the key exploitable results (KERs) of the Project and related KPIs as well as present possible ways of exploitation for each of them by the project partners, CHIEF community, and stakeholders. It also presents the sustainability approaches that are considered and the action plan for ensuring the continued and systemic impact of the project results in the long-term. It also outlines relevant funding and financing options to ensure the continuation of the Project's core activities after the Project ends.
